TECHNICAL AND QUALITY PARAMETERS AT LK AGRO

1. Once the engineering design of the crank shaft has been finalized from the customer, a suitable material is selected. More customized crank shafts to meet the needs of the customers.
2. Crank Shaft Materials :
   1. Low Carbon Steels (carbon up to 0.25%) possess good formability and excellent weld ability.
   2. Medium carbon Steels (carbon varying from 0.25% to 0.65%) possess desired levels of strength, ductility and toughness. EN 8 steel composition gives desired levels.
3. After selecting the material, it should be tested. Spectroanalysis test is conducted for steel composition which is required to assure the desired percentages of elements.
4. Working of Equipment: Our Engineer’s team has implemented Automated Manufacturing Systems to manufacture quality crank shafts. Measuring instruments too should be able to provide accurate and reproducible results.
5. Product Realization: Crank Shafts acceptance on the basis of monitoring and inspection.
